Application & Registration
To apply and register for the „Autumn Kaunas Academy “ please follow 2 steps below:
Step 1 - Applying
Candidates are requested to send:
- Application Form
- Registration Fee Can be paid by Bank Transfer
You will receive confirmation of your registration once you have paid the registration fee and submitted the completed application form.
Registration extended until October 20, 2026 (limited capacity)

Step 2 - Registration
After completing first step, your documents will be considered and you will receive Letter of Acceptance and Registration Form with activities, you are registering for. You can use Bank Transfer.

When making the payment, please enter the following for the account holder: Olympus Musicus z.s.
In case of not acceptance you will be notified in a written form.
Payment and cancellation policy
Once your registration has been accepted, you must pay the full amount within 14 days of the date specified in the confirmation of acceptance.
Always include your first and last name in the payment notes so that the payment can be tracked.
Written cancellation of participation is possible until October 16, 2026. A refund will be issued as soon as possible, subject to a cancellation fee of €100.
After October 16, 2026, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.
The registration fee is non-refundable.
