The Main Mission of the Association

The primary mission of Olympus Musicus is to provide comprehensive support to young, talented classical music performers on their journey toward artistic excellence, while also offering exceptional musical experiences to a wide audience of classical music lovers across the Czech Republic.

To fulfill this mission, the association is active in the following areas:

Music Production: Organizing concerts, music festivals, and international competitions.
Other Artistic Disciplines: Hosting visual art exhibitions, theatre productions, and dance performances.
Publishing Activities: Creating and distributing audio and video recordings, concert footage, music videos, as well as professional publications, educational materials, and other specialized literature.
Charity and Educational Projects: Organizing benefit and charity concerts, and music events for children, youth, and seniors.
Music Education: Running summer schools, year-round courses, workshops, seminars, conferences, and lectures. Supporting connections between young musicians and leading artists and concertmasters from both the Czech Republic and abroad.
Cooperation with Instrument Institutions: Ensuring the availability of high-quality musical instruments for competitions, concerts, and other events.
International Cultural Collaboration: Supporting international projects and exchanges, and participating in multicultural events within the EU and globally.
Promoting Czech Culture Abroad: Actively presenting Czech musical and cultural heritage in Europe and beyond.
Raising Musical Awareness: Supporting music education and outreach, and fostering a positive relationship with music among performers, audiences, and the general public in the Czech Republic, the EU, and worldwide.
